POOL SESSIONS

During the winter months we host pool sessions to accommodate our paddlers needs.
Members at the "bottom end" of the pool are often new to paddling and are able to gain an understanding and basic experience of strokes, capsize drills and the abilities of their boat. More experienced members work at the "top end" of the pool where the focus is on developing more advanced skills, rescues and rolls in the safety of the pool before transferring them outside. |
