Foundation Safety & Rescue | 18th May 2014
On Sunday 18th May 2014, club members Gary, Matthew and George attended the Foundation Safety and Rescue course being hosted at Wansbeck Canoe Club. The qualification is required for paddlers to progress onto their Level 1 BCU Coaching course. Throughout the day, paddlers practiced land and water based rescues in a variety of boats.
